Patron Saints for Catholic single people dating ❤️🙏

We Catholics love our saints.  There are thousands of Saints in our Catholic history.  The main ones, we know.  St. Thomas, St. Ann, St. Michael, St. Peter, St. Joseph, the list goes on.  We know to pray to St. Anthony when we can’t find our keys, and to pray to St. Christopher for a safe journey. But did you know there is a patron saint for mailmen? We have a patron saint for almost everything.  You may pray to these Saints to intercede for you in asking God for aid:

The Patron Saint of Single Catholic Men is St. Benedict Joseph Labre, who spent his life begging on the streets of Rome, healing his fellow homeless.  It is said that if, in his begging for food, he received more than he needed, he shared the extra with others.  He was a generous, loving saint.

Prayer to St. Benedict Joseph Labre:
Saint Benedict Joseph Labre, you gave up honor, money and home for love of Jesus. Help us to set our hearts on Jesus and not on the things of this world. You lived in obscurity among the poor in the streets. Enable us to see Jesus in our poor brothers and sisters and not judge by appearances. Make us realize that in helping them we are helping Jesus. Show us how to befriend them and not pass them by. Amen.

The Patron Saint of Single Women is the martyr St. Agatha.  Forced into a brothel by an evil magistrate, she refused customers in order to preserve her purity, though she endured beatings and torture It is said that during a particularly cruel beating, an earthquake struck and killed her captor.  Agatha thanked the Lord for the end to her suffering and then died herself.  It is said that her intercession also helps women with breast cancer and rape survivors.

Prayer to St. Agatha:
Dear Virgin and Martyr, whom the Church recalls in her liturgy, you heroically resisted the temptations of a degenerate ruler. Subjected to long and horrible tortures, you remained faithful to your heavenly Spouse. Help us to be faithful that we will find an earthly love and love him as you have loved. Amen
